Since 1995, King Kekaulike High School student-athletes have honored their namesake by participating in 20 different interscholastic sports. In 1996, the school became part of the Maui Interscholastic League (MIL), the island's division of the larger Hawaii High School Athletic Association (HHSAA). Throughout that time, Na Ali'i student-athletes have garnered over 50 league titles and 2 state championships.
